For nearly two decades, the Yellowpoint Christmas Spectacular has brought audiences together to celebrate the joy, warmth, and magic of the holiday season. What began as a small Vancouver Island production has grown into one of the Island’s most cherished Christmas traditions, welcoming thousands of patrons each December to share in an unforgettable evening of live entertainment.
Now in its 18th season, the 2026 Yellowpoint Christmas Spectacular promises another all-new production filled with music, dance, laughter, and heart. Every year, Artistic Director and Creator Katy Bowen-Roberts crafts a completely new show, ensuring returning audiences experience fresh choreography, new musical arrangements, dazzling costumes, festive décor, and plenty of surprises.
This year’s musical journey spans generations, featuring everything from the timeless songs of The Beatles and memorable favourites from Annie to the iconic sounds of Hall & Oates and Fleetwood Mac. Audiences will also enjoy spirited Celtic fiddle tunes, jazz classics made famous by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, Bing Crosby’s beloved White Christmas, and a collection of cherished holiday favourites that capture the spirit of the season.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated creative team and talented cast work for months to create a production that is polished, uplifting, and filled with holiday magic. Whether it’s breathtaking choreography, powerful vocals, or heartwarming storytelling, every detail is designed to leave audiences smiling long after the final curtain call.
More than a concert, the Yellowpoint Christmas Spectacular is a celebration of community. Families return year after year, friends make it part of their annual holiday traditions, and new audiences discover why it has become a favourite across Vancouver Island. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the season together.
The 2026 tour visits the Sid Williams Theatre in Courtenay December 7–9, the McPherson Playhouse in Victoria December 12-13, and the Port Theatre in Nanaimo December 15–20.
